业务服务 exists to provide operational support for the District and to facilitate student achievement.

业务服务 is responsible for administrative and business operations such as accounting (including auxiliary and foundation), 预算发展, 计划及监察, 收银员, 应收账款, 格兰特报告/监控, 采购及应付帐款, 财政援助支出, 和工资.  Department goals focus on providing a strong foundation of administrative and financial services to students, 教师, 和工作人员.
业务服务 ensures that the student-learning mission of the District is achieved by providing services that support effective and efficient implementation of the institution�s core foundational processes.

请求非财政资源

业务服务将寻找虚拟机会, 以及在Covid-19相关限制解除后的可用房间, 以便举行常设培训会议.  These trainings will be aimed at creating informal training time for employees who have formal District training but may need additional information or hands on tutoring regarding specific processes.

当前财政资源

Desktop scanning hardware and software access to allow movement towards a paper reduced work environment.
